The developer of Avren Golf and Leisure resort has stated that the Show House will be built on a regulated plot of land owned by his company and not, as he previously said, on land owned by Dr. Gad Hasson of Avren Holdings Bulgaria OOD. In September 2011 the Show House was released for sale at a promotional price of 57,500 Euros, which included Privilege Membership of the golf course. Now that the period of the promotion is over, we await details of the new price and sale conditions.
